General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed via the B2B wholesale platform of PRO.DI.GIO GmbH, Mailand-Strasse 31, 4053 Basel, Switzerland (hereinafter the "Provider"). The T&Cs are addressed exclusively to commercial customers (B2B).
2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products on the platform does not constitute a binding offer. By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon the order confirmation sent by e-mail.
3. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), exclusive of value added tax (VAT). The reduced VAT rate of 2.6% applies to food; the standard rate of 8.1% applies to all other items. VAT is shown separately in the shopping cart and on the invoice and is included in the total amount. Payment is made by credit card, TWINT, PayPal or Klarna, or by advance payment (bank transfer), at the customer’s choice. For advance payment, the amount must be paid within 3 working days of receipt of the order; if payment is not made on time, the order is automatically cancelled. In the event of late payment, default interest of 5% p.a. is charged.
4. Delivery
Delivery is made exclusively within Switzerland. Shipping costs are a flat CHF 9.90 per order; shipping is free from an order value of CHF 300 (excl. VAT). Alternatively, free pickup at PRO.DI.GIO GmbH in Basel is possible. Delivery costs are calculated at the time of ordering and are included in the total amount. Delivery time is generally 2–4 working days. Delivery dates are non-binding unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
5. Minimum Order Quantities
Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply to certain products and are shown on the respective product page. The Provider reserves the right to reject orders below the stated minimum quantity.
6. Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain the property of the Provider until the purchase price has been paid in full.
7. Warranty and Liability
Obvious defects must be notified in writing within 5 working days of receipt of the goods. The warranty period is 1 year. Liability for indirect damages or loss of profit is excluded.
8. Place of Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Basel, Switzerland.
