PRO.DI.GIO GmbH · As of: October 2026
1. Controller
PRO.DI.GIO GmbH, Mailand-Strasse 31, 4053 Basel, Switzerland. E-mail: contact@prodigio.ch.
2. Data Collected
We collect the following personal data: name, company name, e-mail address, telephone number, delivery address and order data. This data is used exclusively for processing your orders and for communicating with you.
3. Purpose of Data Processing
Your data is used for: contract processing and invoicing, delivery of goods, customer care and support, and the management of user accounts on our platform.
4. Disclosure of Data
We do not disclose your data to third parties, except to service providers who are necessary for the performance of the contract (e.g. DPD for delivery). They are contractually bound to confidentiality. Further recipients are listed in sections 7 to 9.
5. Data Retention
Your data is stored for as long as is necessary for contract processing and the statutory retention periods (10 years under the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO)).
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of the processing of your data. Please contact: contact@prodigio.ch.
7. Cookies
This platform uses technically necessary cookies for session management (login), the language setting and storing your cookie choice (12 months); the shopping cart is kept in your browser’s local storage. We additionally use the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Facebook/Instagram) to measure our advertising: for visitors in Switzerland, as long as you do not select “Decline” in the cookie notice (right to object), and for visitors from all other countries, including Liechtenstein and the EU/EEA, only if you select “Accept all”. In that case, page views and actions (e.g. product view, cart, order), technical data (IP address, browser, cookie identifiers) and, on registration and ordering, hashed contact data (e-mail, telephone number) are transmitted to Meta; this data may also reach countries outside Switzerland. If you select “Decline” or “Necessary only”, the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API are not loaded and no events are sent to Meta. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link.
8. Payment Processing
Payment by credit card, TWINT, PayPal or Klarna is processed by the payment service provider Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Dublin, Ireland, and Stripe, Inc., USA). If you choose one of these payment methods, you enter your payment data (e.g. card details) directly in the Stripe payment form or are redirected to the selected payment provider; this payment data is processed directly by Stripe. The order amount, currency, order number, where applicable your e-mail address, and the data you provide during the payment process (e.g. name, billing and delivery details, to the extent the chosen payment method requires them) are transmitted to Stripe. The purpose is to process the payment; the legal basis is performance of the contract. The data may also reach countries outside Switzerland, in particular the USA. Stripe’s privacy terms apply in addition. For advance payment (bank transfer), no data is transmitted to Stripe.
9. Other Service Providers
To operate the platform we use further service providers: hosting and delivery of the website via Vercel, storage of the database (user accounts, order data) with Supabase, and sending of e-mails (e.g. order and payment confirmations and other messages about your account and orders) via Resend. The data required for the respective purpose (e.g. account data, order data, e-mail address and e-mail content) is processed; it may reach countries outside Switzerland. The legal basis is performance of the contract and our legitimate interest in a secure and efficient operation of the platform.
10. Applicable Law
The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) applies. If you have questions about data protection, please contact contact@prodigio.ch.
